A Fall Family Session at Reynold’s Pond in Bend, Oregon

If you’re local to Bend, Oregon, you might be wondering, where the heck is Reynold’s Pond?

Reynold’s Pond is about 5 minutes from my house in Alfalfa (10 miles east of Costco). You might be thinking I enjoy shooting there simply because of the commute, but it’s actually my favorite spot to shoot for a more magical reason. I am not sure why, but I always seem to shoot my favorite work there. It’s quiet, it’s easy for families to stroll around and have genuine moments together, and the coloring of the surroundings always looks really nice with my editing style.

Julia Duke is such an incredible photographer, I was extremely honored to take her family photos this year. I was also a little nervous, but hey, Julia is just about the nicest person you’ve ever met so any anxiety I had pre-session melted away within a few minutes. I really loved my time with this sweet family, and hope you enjoy this session!

If you’re considering a family session, Reynold’s Pond is a great location to consider! Inquire with me and we can talk through what location would be best for you and your family!
