Bend Maternity Session for Colleen and Dave
All of my sessions are special to me, but this one is EXTRA special. Colleen is my best friend, and that bump is my little nephew Westly! Colleen and Dave’s long journey bringing Westly into the world made this session even more special to me. I knew I wanted to do something special for my friend to celebrate this special time, so I booked her an appointment with Edge Hair and Makeup , ordered a floral headpiece from Summer Robbins Flowers and told she and Dave to meet me an hour before sunset!
It was extremely cold that evening, but they both rocked it, especially Colleen who was absolutely glowing. Now that Westly is a year and a half old, it’s fun to look back on this session and remember how excited we all were to meet him. It probably won’t surprise you to know that I waited on pins and needles for my invite to meet him at the hospital and take as many photos of his sweet little face as possible.
Moments like these make me truly grateful to be able to share photography with the ones I love.
